Awhitu House, built in the 1930’s, is located just inside the entrance of Awhitu Regional Park and five minutes walk from the waterfront. Awhitu Regional Park offers a working farm and historic homestead, plentiful walks and mountain bike trails, pohutukawa fringed tranquil swimming bays and long sandy beaches.

• $120 per night standard rates
• $80 per night off peak rates (apply Sunday through Thursday nights June – September, excluding public holidays)
• $240 per night commercial rates
• $160 per night off peak commercial rates
